| Responsible for organizing and coordinating clients’ bookkeeping
data for the accurate, timely completion of monthly
and other periodic compilations. Prepares payroll
and related tax deposits and government required
reporting. Possesses technical competence to make
basic to intermediate adjusting journal entries
and complete trial balances, and monthly financial
statements. Prepares periodic sales and use tax
reports. Provides software assistance to clients.
Reports to Paraprofessional Supervisor. |

for basic auditing workpapers, tax preparation,
and bookkeeping services. Occasionally will be
involved with special projects such as business
valuations, software analysis, spreadsheet design
and implementation. Continuously strive to successfully
complete the CPA exam. Reports to PADD Coordinator. |

| In this area you may choose from a variety of
support positions. This includes receptionist,
office manager, custodian, scanner and tax assembly.
Responsible for greeting clients and guests, performing
various clerical duties, and acts as a professional
assistant for all employees of the firm. Reports
to Firm Administrator. |
