Debbie Sipa has been an office assistant for Jones & Company Ltd for almost six years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Arkansas State University and then taught Speech Pathology at Grubbs Public Schools for twelve years.

Debbie has two  daughters and three grandchildren, including ten year old twin boys that are heavily involved in sports. When not at the ball field, she enjoys sewing, cooking, crafts, watching TV and spending time with her family. Debbie resides in  Jonesboro with John, her husband of 31 years.
