| Responsible
for organizing and coordinating clients’ tax
data for the accurate, timely completion of individual
tax returns and moderate to complex corporate,
partnership, S-Corp, and trust returns. Prepares
personal tax projections, performs research as
required. May often supervise one or more Staff
Accountants and review their work. Seniors work
with minimum assistance from Managers or Partners.
Possess a good working knowledge of GAAP and GAAS,
and recognizes different bases of accounting such
as OCBOA and regulatory-based accounting. Reports
to Tax Manager, A & A Manager, or Partner. |

| Responsible
for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely
preparation of all clients’ tax returns.
Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and
accounting areas, along with well-developed and
applied management and supervisory skills are required.
The Tax Manager makes decisions on all but the
most unusual tax situations. Participates actively
in client meetings and tax planning efforts. Acts
as a resource for, supervises, and provides on-the-job
training for seniors and staff on tax issues or
questions. Manages governmental tax examinations
of all types, and may represent the client before
the appropriate taxing authorities. Participates
in scheduling of senior and staff personnel. Reports
directly to Partners. |

| Responsible
for supervising multiple A & A projects and
other client engagements. Develops and train staff
and senior personnel, and contributes to new client
development. Possesses a strong knowledge of GAAP
and GAAS, including a broad familiarity with GAAP
hierarchy and the sources of the A & A body
of knowledge. Supervises the application of SSARS
and firm policies regarding compilation and review
engagements. Familiar with different bases of accounting
such as OCBOA and regulatory-based accounting and
accountants’ reports applicable to each.
Directs planning procedures to detect fraud, including
brainstorming sessions; takes the lead in maintaining
a proactive stance in fraud detection. Reports
directly to Partners. |
